What's on this page?
|
| I tried to make a collection
of useful links for infrared spectroscopist dealing with the basics
of infrared, interpretation of infrared spectra, correlation charts
and window material data. From this page, almost every website
available on the internet concerning infrared can be reached.

Window material data
|
- To give you a starting point, I collected some data (refractive
index, hardness, transmission) at the
bottom of this page for common infrared window materials.
- This site contains product data and resources for workers,
researchers and developers in the varied fields of optical
spectroscopy. It includes a listing of the 24
most common infrared window materials used in these fields.
You can order window materials on-line.
- A very complete list about window materials build up from
several sources is available from D. Warren Vidrine:
- Infra
red window materials from ALS Beamlines. Including sample
spectra of some materials.
- Extensive
properties of CdTe, Ge, Si, ZnSe, ZnS from the
University of Reading (UK)
